I live a few minutes from this location and is very convenient to my morning commute. Sometimes you look forward to a good cup of coffee and and a bagel in the morning. I use the drive thru. I have continued to give this location chance after chance. I am not sure where the disconnect is, my order is not complicated but yet more than not the coffee is not made correctly. I have visited this location for the last time. I understand if the speaker doesn't work, or the headsets are bad, all reasons i have been told for the incorrect orders. So if that is the case, how about repeat the order back to me. Doesn't seem to difficult. I will travel to the Mt. Airy location to get my morning fix.

Wow. This is ridiculous. They have no idea what's going on. No one in the drive thru line but we've been sitting here for 10 minutes and they still got our order wrong. Like apparently they're under construction but they should still be able to function and get a simple order right.

Very slow drive-thru. Service is slow and whoever was running the drive-thru today made me repeat my order 4 times and could not even repeat what I ordered. Of course my order was wrong then when I asked for it to be corrected they got rude with me and the frosting on my donuts was wiped off. Seriously.

Consistently horrible coffee. Watered down, weak and flavorless. The dark roast is weaker than the regular blend at other locations. Avoid this place and head into Mt. Airy for something else. I hope this owner takes a long walk off a short pier for his penny pinching bullcrap.

We live in New Market and frequent this D & D often. We've have always received courteous service. They can get busy during normal busy hours but they are efficient and have never gotten my order wrong. I have used both the drive thru and dine in options and we are very pleased with the service.

I will never, ever go back to this Dunkin again!! 9 out of 10 times your order is incorrect, due to being interrupted while you're placing it. How hard is it to get a coffee order correct?! I've given them chance after chance, but today was the final straw. I've complained, via email, with no results, so today I called. I spoke to a manager who gave excuse after excuse with no resolution. He responded with, "I need to get kids out of here- no good!!" In the am, the line wraps around the building. Orders are taken and transactions are processed as quickly as possible. Staff is efficient and friendly. Orders are accurate 90% of the time. Much kinder and truly friendly than the Mt Airy store.

Just went thru drive thru and ordered two coffees with cream and sugar. There was no sugar in either one. How hard is it to get that order right? Tried calling twice to tell them they owe me two but no one answered the phone.

After a Linganore football game walked into dunkin at 10:01pm to a furious boy behind the counter yelling "NO, it's 10 o'clock" and wouldn't serve us. Well maybe you should have locked the door then

After reading the rest of the reviews, I felt I needed to chime in. I use this DD all the time. I have never gotten the wrong order and have never had poor service. Sometimes during peak times the drive thru window can be slow, but I've never had rude service. I'm not discounting the other reviews here. I'm sure they are all accurate. Just wanted to say that it's not as bad as it sounds.

This was and is always a clean and friendly Dunkin Donuts. It is normally staff with young employees from the area which is great. I some times get my order messed up, but they always fix their mistake. Hats off to a great Dunkin!!!

worse dunkin donuts on the planet! every time i go there i make a mistake and waste my life. the service is slow; the workers are rude; and they never make my drink or food right!
